It's ironic but the fact is people who go on traditional weight loss routines find themselves inevitably getting more sick more often. That's because they're not based on a scientific understanding of the body! But even without science it's really quite simple. When you're healthy, you're not sick. Normal weight is healthy and gives you optimal energy. But, if you starve yourself to lose weight instead of solving the root cause of fat gain you end up stripping your body of the resources it needs to keep you in top form.

The Fact:
The simple fact of the matter is neither the health and fitness industry nor the medical profession can profit by promoting a diet that eradicates much of what makes them their money. When most people look for help to lose weight, it is to those industries that they go. Hence, most people never hear about the true medical science behind why it is a simple disorder that's causing them to gain weight.

You see, most people believe the lie because they don't know the whole story.

Lets say there are some vary important ironic VERY Important points.

Just as your head sends you a message with a splitting headache so too does your body. The usual weight loss methods typically concentrate on starving your body with less fuel (calories) and pushing your body with more strain (exercise) and the result is always the same. The body gets very, very tired and before you know it you're feeling weak rather than strong, lethargic rather than energetic, and that's just the beginning of your woes. When the body gets tired what do you think happens? Putting aside the things you don't see on the surface like falling blood sugar or serotonin levels, what you do see are the food cravings and negative mood swings. Anyone who goes on an exercise regime and slimming diet feels hungry because their body needs more energy! The problem is, ignoring those cravings leaves your body starving of energy and the result is intense food cravings and a lack of energy to hold those negative moods at bay.
